You will find five uniform, independent, spacious and airy maisonettes-houses of 87 sq.m each, which are fully furnished and equipped so that you will have nothing extra to wish for. Each separate room has its own balcony where you can relax and enjoy the wonderful view overlooking the Village – the center of Skyros, and the sea as it is in an excellent location, between Gyrismata beach and Chora.
The two siblings, Vassilis and Maro, who created this heavenly accommodation, offer their guests quality-upgraded spaces with love and exceptional hospitality. The accommodation is comfortable, and attention has been given to every little detail. Particularly cleanliness is of much importance while the owner’s courtesy and professionalism will give you the impression that you are in your own country house.
Each available house is furnished with:
On the ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace and a daybed with a divan that can be converted into a bed for up to 2 people, a large bathroom with a bathtub and storage space for your luggage. Inside the kitchen there is a fridge with freezer, an oven with cooking hobs, a coffee machine for preparing filter coffee, Greek coffee and frappé, as well as all the utensils you may need during your stay. The veranda on the entrance side is comfortable as is the balcony that leads to the garden in the back of the complex.
On the first floor: a bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe and on the other side, a second bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe equally comfortable and spacious. The two bedrooms are independent to each other and each has its own door. Each bedroom also has its own balcony. In each residence there is also a second bathroom with a bathtub on the first floor.
The specially designed garden, separate for each residence, offers you moments of calm and relaxation.
